Not really. Is the airline the only way you can travel? Nope. You can drive, ride a horse, walk, take a bus etc.

Can a state require a medical test from a USA citizen to enter? I am pretty sure Hawaii did..... Not sure if it is technically legal.
They had a zero covid policy as of last yr. They had zero cases at one point on the main island and still didn't have sports for highschool kids. Seems a bit extreme imo. Guess I am happy I don't live there. Would have been nice to visit at some point as brother in laws family lives there. But I guess I waited to long. |
