You had almost completely different symptoms than I did.  My body never hurt, my head or nose never plugged up, no headache.  I had phlegm in my throat I was coughing up and a high fever that lessened to a constant 100-102 degree fever that lasted about a week.  I was tired, draggy short of breath 2 times but my lungs never hurt.  I lost taste for two days except for one thing I noticed a week later root beer tasted like a tube of grease.  After another week it tasted fine again.  All I was on was my allergy med Claritin/Flonase, and z Pak.  Now that I think of it I wonder if the allergy meds kept my head clear through it.
