Subject: How to figure moisture shrink of wet beans vs loss of weight of beans too dry

20 Miles West of Indianapolis Indiana
How do I go about figuring the loss of a load of beans that’s at 13.5% given this discount schedule vs a load of beans that’s 11%?

I’ve never tried to figure this. Dad has a fit about any bean that gets a doc for moisture. My rule has been less then 14% I’m ok with rolling.

How do I go about doing the math to figure where the point is we are breaking even vs say 13.5%?
