Southwest Illinois

Picked 3 farms so far, 2 with dry yields of upper 180’s 1 at 205 normally all well above 220! Illinois won’t yield what usda says!

Certainly there will be some corn that may be below average. I am betting that is a small amount of the overall acres. Whole lot of bigger numbers being reported throughout the state and especially in the northern part that was supposed to be impacted severely by the wet spring then dry summer. While the south part of the state may not contribute that much to the over all number, what they do contribute will probably be more than enough to off set a small percentage of "poor" yields.
