ND | So bought a tractor and had a decent conversation about oil with the owner, a former Cummins engineer and mechanic. After that I'm somewhat curious on what the opinions are here on them(Diesel and Hydraulic):
Cummins Brand/endorsed("Cummins Blue", currently Valvoline)
Cenex-Harvest States
Shell
Viscosity
CNHI's("No. 1" and "Hytran" etc)
Chevron
Schaeffer's
And even though it didn't come up: Deere.
I mean we run two(or well three, sorta) so I'm not looking for a "what oil should I use", just that conversation piqued my interest in what this place thinks of them.
