Sw mn
We make about 8-10 of them a year. Thaw fully. Then season the night before. At 7:00am start grill at 200 deg. Throw it on. At noon put pan under and cover with foil. Half a hour before supper take in and let rest on cutting board. Cut and eat. On our grill internal temp is 200-210 depending on the weather out side.
