coast of Maine
We had a couple that way in the past, forget saving the rim I assume,we put a jack between rim and frame once, once we had to cut the rim with a plasma a tad near the thickest base. That was after an hour with a slide hammer and malls. It is just amazing how that all happens,we think its mainly on corrosion filling in around the studs so the harder you pull/push the tighter it gets.
