| not when coming out, but when going under
I was to have surgery for prostate cancer they were going to use a Da Vinci robot on me, its a multi armed robot controlled by the surgeon that looks like something out of star wars.
I looked at the robot, then up at the nurse and asked "you're not going to turn me into Darth Vader are you?"
She just laughed and said "welcome to the dark side..." as she put the mask on my face.
thats the last thing I remember....
Afterward I woke up in the post surgery ward with a lot of others. No windows and pretty dark. finally they were going to take me to my room. they wheeled me out of the dark room and into a bright hallway with lots of windows with sunlight pouring in. I raised my hand as if holding a bottle and said "Iam out of the Pit of Misery! Dilly Dilly!"
This was at the time the Bud light commercials
