NW IL | North of I80/88 we've been dry all summer. And we've missed some of the Aug rain that went east of I39.
Chopping for our dairy cows.
Central IL has gotten a good bit of rain and will be better off.
I'll see if I can get a moisture map of the top 16in on here....
