Not turkeys or deer. They don't flatten an area like that. They are browsers, moving along eating here and there. They also don't typically eat bean plants when yellowing / drying down..

That's a head scratcher. The trails inward could just be coincidental from deer or others but they wouldn't damage a field in that manor.
