North of London
We were impressed with crops in our travel.
Some really nice looking bean fields, weed free and looking like great yield potential

As we got closer to home we found more and more fields like ours with weed breakthroughs
Probably the luck of a rain at the right time to activate sprays but many/most fields of soybeans around us have weeds to deal with at harvest

All we need is break in the showers and bean fields will quickly turn into wheat fields.

Only a few fields partly chopped for silage on our trip and I know they are concerned with how fast the corn is drying but all the rain we have had is creating problems of getting into fields without wrecking the soil for the next number of years

Weather forecast looks better today and the rest of the week.
