Started a week ago non-fungicide corn is 20 to 30 bu Less.
This corn died as fast I’ve ever seen in my 30 years of farming
Hypothetically if only 50% of the acres were sprayed with fungicide That will be a 400 million bu drop in production.
Don’t kill the messenger
Don't see any Tar spot here, but between having saturated soils since July 1 and quick die down has probably trimmed 50 bu off what potential was even with fungicide. Amzing what the yield gets to on a little bit of a high spot and how fast it falls when get back to flat. |
