The split bolt is the most secure but gets pretty big.
Just the heavy sleeve as shown in the copper terminal that Pine showed are available. We would sweat the wires but crimping would be second. With the sleeve you can connect them in a continuous run or a termination. We have also removed the insulation from butt connectors and sweated the wires.
