I know it's hard to believe, but there are certain group of farmers( almost all of them) that when they run into a problem the first response is to call the dealer. Rather than working out the problem for themselves.
also I think this was a new to them combine.
If it was a new to them machine, then that's more understandable.
But you must have a different culture in your area. Here, the coffeeshop grades you on how much you tried to work out the problem yourself before calling a tech.
