I always told people it was like crickets in my ears. Got so bad I went to a Dr. who told me to cut out Aspirin, salt and caffeine. When my ears got to ringing I would just quit drinking coffee, taking aspirin and no added salt. Now with hearing aids its gone......when I wear them.
