Subject: Re: Raven Quik Trax

It eliminates the hydraulic valve and plumbing in the Smartrax system. This thing fits on the steering column and the original steering wheel clamps to it. I think it has a stepper motor, may make noise. I am going to stay with the Smartrax. It seems to me that Raven has given up on building their own GPS engines. The all in the antenna unit has a Hemisphere (parent company to Outback) GPS engine. The other unit has a Novatel engine. This upsets me, about one year ago, I was told by Raven that the drift in the 210 was software, not hardware and would be fixed. I have 2 that have never worked as advertised. It also seems that Raven's Texas facility (Starlink GPS) is gone, maybe they all got fired.
