Anything with 2 4 D will do it . I suppose the fall fertilizers have that in granular form. My husband sprays ours in the fall, paying close attention to wind direction. So far he hasn’t killed any of my perineals. But it will clean your lawn up and irradicate dandelions too. If using a granular product you will need rain to activate it or water if it is feasible.
