when ever i call about slow service they always have
me unplug the router from the power source and cable
coming from the antenna. that usually helps. my plan is
suppose to be 8 up and 2 down. just tested at 7.1 up and
1.3 down. i usually do the reset several times and if that
doesn't work i will call. then do the reset with them.
sometimes they go deeper and find some setting somehow
got changed to fix the problem. i could probably call everyday.
it would get old doing that. i would pay for faster service as
they offer faster packages but no one can tell it will be more stable.
