East Central SD | With the 50 cent drop in basis for the first half of Sept. it looks like a scare tactic to pry it out of the hands of farmers with some in the bin yet. Fill their (endusers) bins now, and it will carry them till new crop. If this doesn't accomplish it, then back to plus 80 cents or so in first half Sept. again.
