I misplaced it when I said it was on I 75, the giant tire actually is on I 94 at Michelins sales office in Allen Park. I also must be mistaken on the vehicle counter as the Wikipedia article does not mention it but does mention various refurbishments over the past 55 years such as changing the brand from U.S. Royal to Uniroyal and a newer hubcap.
What and Where is this?
