I put down strips of used bunker plastic white side up and covered it 2-3 inches deep with 3/4 inch washed stone . that was 20 yrs ago . last 2-3 years some weeds have come thru like the guys said because of dirt accumulating . I use roundup and 2 4 d. 2x per year and its been behaving . the salt and vinegar with some dish soap mix doesn't work very well . I like the belting idea in that its easy to remove and dump dirt off of, just gotta be careful if its icy for stepping on
