It does depend on which Humana Part D plan that you have---Premier, Basic or Walmart Value Rx plan. I am on Brilinta which is about $500 a month, tier 3 drug like Ozempic. Deductible on my Humana Plan is $445 for tier 3. That means I pay full price for January and then about $100 a month after that.
