That said, having experienced the zero carbs zero seed oil intermittent fasting lifestyle after going down the John Burns/YouTube rabbit hole I have never enjoyed food more and been more satisfied with it than I am now.
No one will believe me but I haven't been hungry in over 2 years, but look forward to meals, there is a difference.
Kinda sorta eat one meal a day now.
The "treatment" is free. FWIW your wife could binge watch Dr. Becky Fitness. Short videos on healthy lifestyle more geared to feeling good with arriving at ideal weight on the side.
Basically clean the gunk out of your pipes.
I will eat a small apple with cheese slices most days since I have hit my stride with what I like. | |
