I'm a believer in Vitamin C. I pretty much lived on Emergen-C for the 2 years my wife was getting chemo & other treatments for cancer, when her immune system was compromised. Never got so much as a sniffle in that time...since then I take it at the first sign of a cold or flu, it helps. And yeah, I've been on C pretty regular since the start of the pandemic...
Quit taking vitamin supplements????
