Traded for a new 3500 with it. Have a 2500 with it. It definitely rides better than leaf springs on the 2500.
My 2020 2500 has coil springs on the rear. Rides excellent, not much rougher than a 1500 but carries weight very well. Didn't want the extra maintenance of air bags, test drove a 3500 SRW with leaf springs and was significantly rougher ride.
Was very sceptical about the coils springs, really like them now.
