Nebraska, The land of corn and cattle | Yes, a big block would solve your problem. Thats why I wont own anything but a big motor with a 13sp. We gross 90k with harvest overloads and rarely do I need to shift gears in the hills.
W9 with a Red top N14 13sp and 3.70s and low pro 24.5s, will still do 80mph when I want to. Actually it wants to run about 70 in 13th, if I want to keep it under that it really likes 12th better. 65mph is about 13-1400rpm.
It used to have tall 24.5s and it would really fly then, but the low pros give it better grunt on the few occasions we do load in the fields. |
