With all due respect, how many of these peer reviewed studies have had contradictory studies done later and found to be way over blown or perhaps false. Eggs is the one that sticks out the most in my mind, They were considered nearly poison at one time for anyone with slightly elevated cholesterol and now the consensus seems to be that you can almost eat them at will. I am fine with science but confused as to what one can believe on any front these days. Science has in my opinion been a shambled mess through this whole covid cluster. Is there too much internet doctoring out there, probably. Maybe if science had been more credible, youtube doctoring wouldn't have any audience.
