Extreme SW Minnesota Iowa border | There is a lot of Guerrilla wireless out here. Had the same thing happen. Frontier took the fed money and never completed anything. ( Thanks to our states crooked AG). Lots of wireless links that go from town to country. If you do a spectrum shot of all the wireless stuff that is on the non licensed side of things, its amazing. People figure that the system is rigged against them, so they don't mind bending the law.
