Picked ours late the other night, put it in the refrigerator and wife shucked it yesterday and put it in the freezer except for a few ears we were going to eat today.
Well, today was my day to fix the noon meal (dinner) and I plumb forgot about the corn. lol
I did fix squash, zucchini, potatoes, onions, a tomato and carrots all from the garden along with some venison. Throw it all together in a cast iron pan and cook over the fire pit.
Also thrown in were a stick of butter and part of a beer, or 2. Oh, and also a clove or 2 of garlic.
