I’m 66, 5’7, 230lbs. I have a lot of motion in the knee now. Bone on bone full of arthritis. I get around ok but after much use it’s sore. Should I wait till after harvest? TIA

I hate to say this, but I am a half inch shorter than you and you need to lose about 70-80 lbs. I was 195-200 lbs for a LONG time. Dropped to 170 over about 6 months. I really need to be around 155 to be on the high side of normal.

My body doesn’t ache quite so much after a long day of work, I am 43 now. I think weight has a lot to do with joint and other issues.

Swap soda for coffee or tea (no sugar or other adds to the new drinks). Even if you only swap out one or two soda/beer a day you will drop a lb or two a month possibly more.
