Conger, MN | The Wagyu burger cooking instructions is what we provide with the 1/2 pound pre-made burgers that we sell.
We also provide burner in ball form (for smash burgers) or in tubes of various sizes.
My favorite is smash burgers on a Blackstone grill. The ball is place on the hot surface, and then pushed down (smashed) just once. It is then cooked on that side for about 3 minutes, and then flipped to the other side but NOT smashed again.
We use butter on the grill and on the spatula used for flipping.
