Wisconsin | I’ve had surgeries on the right shoulder. Had tears from a car accident.
1- Before surgery, go through your daily routine, imagining your arm in a sling, so you’re ready(Toilet paper in reach, control for the recliner, and things like that)
2- I put my ice water pump in a 48 qt cooler, so that I had ice for the whole day.
3- Be patient
4- Be more patient
