| I had 3 parts repaired 5 years ago (don’t recall items done) the shoe box I didn’t have I understand that has to do with parts repaired . I started pt 2 days post surgery worst pain of my life for 2 days. Since you aren’t driving you want concerted effort for pain meds to kick in with pt!!!! I had torn bicep repaired and bone Spurs last winter 10 x on the cold water machine . I had surgery because I couldn’t sleep at night and couldn’t raise my arm above my waist. 6 months was much better took full year for strength for me Can’t say enough listen to pt and do your exercises!
