| I've had both mine done. Follow the Dr's and therapist orders. Take pain relievers as scheduled, at least for the first few days, you don't want it to start hurting before you take one. Don't overdo it, that is, lift anything you aren't supposed to. I've heard of people that had to go back in and get it redone because of that. Sometimes I took a pain killer or ibuprofen before therapy so they could do what they needed to get things limbered back up. Both mine are 100%. | |
