I am going in for my two week post surgery checkup tomorrow. Had an 85% tear in one of the tendons...gonna have to keep the arm in the slingshot for six weeks. I will find out more on therapy tomorrow. Pain is less now two weeks after surgery than it has been since I injured it 6 months ago and seems to be improving a little every day. I have been doing the feeding chores since I figured out I could reach the EH controls on the skidloader with my arm in the sling by sitting forward and to one side. Tractor operation is easy enough with one arm..just have to take your time. I can help in the parlor with prepping and dipping the cows but found it to be very difficult to attach milking units with one arm. Very thankful for the good help I have at home...kids are done with school otherwise the cows would have had to go away
