There is nothing wrong with critical thinking. In fact I believe it should be embraced. The trouble comes when critical thinking turns into believing in conspiracy theories and outright falsehoods that are repeated over and over until the sheep take it all as the gospel and call it critical thinking. This isn’t exclusive to the far right either but they are more prone to it.
