So they've already gotten to Bengal. It's a shame--they've convinced him to dig his own tiger pit.
Those of us that have been around the block a few times, and paid attention while making the journey, know there's no money in being someone else's stooge. Know the game and play it. You think the oil lobby is going to let you keep 5-6% blend once they gotten rid of RINs and the RFS? No way. You either fight or you go broke.
Bengal is out. Everyone else will fight, and he'll still reap the benefit. But at least we know where he stands.
I applaud you Ilbeanman, you are willing to say the ugly part out loud. Most in ag aren’t willing. “Give me all the forced consumption, subsidies and payoffs we can squeeze out of consumers/taxpayers”. My assumption is you work for/with one of the checkoff groups no? |
