SC Wisconsin | Got a "what's it worth question". Im trying to buy a pair of sukup bins, they are 15' diameter, 7 rings tall. The sukup website lists them as 3800ish bushels if they have a floor and are plumb full. I know they aren't big bins,, but I would like to use one as a wet bin and the other for a few acres of wheat. One of them has been filled one time, the other has never seen a kernel of grain. I believe they have floors, auger and fan but I need to double check on that. The lady selling them told me to get an appraisal from a bin dealer, but I figured I would ask on here also. I know the going rate is $.10 a bushel on used bins, but these are basically brand new so I could see going a bit higher
We would tear down/rebuild them ourselves, we have torn down and rebuilt several bins for ourselves, up to 33'x12 ring so we're experienced enough. | |
