Where's the best/cheapest place to buy the insulated water line? Probably going to be needing around 100'.

I don't think cheap and best go together when it comes to insulated pex for wood boilers. I have a twelve year old Garn and needed four one inch lines 450 feet to my house. I bought Viega brand one inch pex and laid two inch pink foam in the trench and we zip tied the four lines to it and then used closed cell spray foam to insulate the pipes. Its stood up for twelve years and only lose about a degree between the shed and the house. I had friends that bought that cheap wrapped in a tile tube and it got wet and started transferring the heat to the ground.
