What area are you from? It really sounds like you need to talk to a local agronomist or chemical application company. Be up front about all the things you’re unsure of. Talk to whomever you bought the seed from first and find out what chemicals your crop is resistant to if any. Spending an extra $10/ac now will save you some major problems.
