When you grow 15+ species of row crops and plant 16 weeks a year, average is about as good as it gets.

I take your point though, I was just responding to OP’s question about local tensiometers.

I can dream about having data that shows a yield correlation to irrigation timing, but all I can do now is go check the soil profile and do triage. Pumps would run 24/7 right now if we had the labor to move pipe and travelers
