sw ontario		I cannot speak for Mark , but, I suspect selling a hog barn in a mkt. top is easier than in the trough of prices....

Mark maybe will share his thoughts but a 'stand alone' hog barn on 5 acres doesn't have any value unless its next door...

And I still question if we ever 'break even' on manure value vs. spreading costs/compaction and pain in the butt job
