south central il. | I had a heart attack four years ago last May at 55 years old.35 pounds overweight ate all of the good stuff that is bad for you.One stint made me good as new to fix a 99.9% blockage. Started a exercise routine and eat a lot less of the good stuff. Heart issues run deep in my genetics but I thought I was immune. I had three warnings but was to busy planting corn and watching calves.Listen to your body and don't be afraid to go to the doctor no matter how busy you are,crops and cattle will be done long after we are all gone. I do have a new respect for each and every day. | |
