Let’s just say we used to grow durum. At this stage, nothing additional you can do. Note, other diseases like septoria head blight can be mistaken for scab.

After harvest, depending on market, you can clean out damaged kernels. Good wind machine can do ok, gravity tables are better.

Not knowing your varieties, like many other diseases, the number one control we do is variety selection.

A susceptible variety you can lose the entire head to an infection. Next step you lose the head above the point of infection. Next would be just the spikelet with the infection. Lots of difference between a spikelet and a head.

Fungicides reduce but do not eliminate it.
