As Carlson said. She's getting fat but not completely finished. Brisket doesn't look terribly filled out from that side picture, but they should be good steaks none the less. Steers I would expect to be more finished than her by slaughter date assuming later isn't Sept 1.
As long as they don't get those narly long toes and end up "splay" footed you're doing good.
