SC Wisconsin		It's funny you say that, I had to treat the first calf in a few months on Saturday. I just attributed it to being so dang dry and fair weather that I haven't had to treat anything, seems like I always had atleast one I was messing with. I have real bad iron, untreated water out of my well tastes horrible and fill a bucket it will turn orange overnight. I put in a fairly expensive iron curtain system a couple months ago and your comment was an aha moment for me

The iron will bind to cell receptors that are supposed to be absorbing minerals, therefore minerals are not able to be taken in and we know how important minerals are for immune functions
