NC Iowa | Back story wife and I are pretty young she has a dream to have a ranch in the west to retire on. we are going out end of June to bum around areas to look at places. What would a place like this bring in a rental income. I see it says 160 pairs that it could handle. Also how does the BLM land leases work? Any info would be great. We feed Holsteins and run cow calf in Iowa now.
