North central TX | Ran a pull type kuhn for a guy for a couple years that was nothing more than the disk cutter bar. It had a short set of wings on the rear to direct the very edges in and give a "windrow" but really all it did was lay the grass down. It worked pretty well. Seemed like it took a little longer to dry the hay down with no conditioner of any kind, but that was just my perception, no side by side test. | |
