Clearing $500/ac is more than possible on corn from last year, and probably again for the upcoming year.
So yes it takes 20,000 acres to reach 8 figures at that level, but there are those type of farms out there and they are tough to compete with. But a lot of 2-5000 acre type farms certainly have 7 digit potential.
