Nw Iowa
I am also curious, isn’t that one big lake up there just getting bigger and bigger up until last year? Very interesting, I know my great grandfather bought 2 quarters some where where the oil is now in the dakotas and it lasted 2 yrs for him if I remember story correctly from my dad. He said crop was beautiful and than in a week with heat and strong winds it was over. My dad was always interested in land in different areas, more to educate himself than buy in those areas so he looked at a lot of land but when I was young his thoughts were I35 corridor was best weather and as you went east got too wet and west got too dry. I know last decade that hasn’t been true. I know Worthington area really got heavy rains prior to 2020 for a number of years.
